Normal price is $175 per night nett.

50% surcharge applies over Christmas - New Year period
(20 December - 5 January) and the whole month of August.

25% surcharge applies for the whole week of the Easter Day and
Chinese New Year.

Price includes any applicable government tax and service charges, daily maid service, airport transfer, and daily American breakfast for up to 2 pax. Complimentary one hour in house traditional massage for up to 2 pax. for bookings more tha 7 days.

Price excludes telephone usage, beverages and groceries, broadband internet connection (extra charge applies).

PAYMENT POLICY

50% deposit required to secure bookings, remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival for bookings over Chirstmas - New Year period).

Full payment required for bookings made within 30 day prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival for bookings over Chirstmas - New Year period).

For last minutes bookings made within 7 days prior to arrival, cash payment on arrival is possible with credit card guarantee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit is refundable deducted by $100 cancellation fee and transfer cost for cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival for bookings over Chirstmas - New Year period).

In other cases, cancellation forfeits any received payments. We will charge a full payment amount for cancellation of last minutes booking with credit card guarantee.
