Enjoying two miles of pristine white-sandy beach on the East coast of Bali, Sanur is among the first tourist areas in Bali. However, contrary to other areas, Sanur sucessfully maintain its serenity, keeping it remains exclusive and quiet.

Development tourism facilities keeps ongoing along the time forcing it expanding its initial area with at least another 20 miles up north along the magical black-sandy beach towards Candidasa.

Whilst the main keywords are relax and layback for hardly-earned rest, fast-pacers will still find Sanur exciting with all of its marine watersport activities. Most of Bali's scuba diving operator base their operation in Sanur. The main harbor is only a few minutes drive away, whilst construction of the new international standard marina is ongoing.

Reachable withing approximately 25 minutes drive from the airport, Sanur enjoys centre position allowing many of main tourist destinations in Bali reched easily. Jimbaran, Nusadua, and the span of Kuta - Legian - Seminyak - Canggu is reachable in about a hald of an hour. Uluwatu, Tanah Lot, and Ubud in about 45 minutes. And downtown Denpasar is less than 20 minutes drive away.
